
As a collegiate athlete rowing crew, Meg loved working out twice a day — running hills, weight training, and pulling an oar. She continued similar aerobic work-outs for some twenty years until she discovered Yoga after the birth of her first child. She was hooked. She finds that yoga offers wonderful stress relief and the elation of rigorous physical activity while reversing all those years of wear and tear on her body. A student of Iyengar yoga, Kripalu yoga, Anusara, and primarily ISHTA yoga, Meg is eager to share her devotion to the physical, emotional and contemplative benefits of Yoga with those who may or may not share her love of athletics, but surely seek peace of mind.
