Pema is a beautiful little space which is used as an art gallery and for yoga classes. It offers a private and comfortable atmosphere ideal for yoga practice.
The room is full of Asian art pieces and if you look out of the big windows, there is a Japanese garden outside. The floor is a beautiful stained wood and you get a free cup of Tibetan tea after class, too!
The gallery hosts a variety of yoga classes and special workshops offered in both English and Japanese.
All classes and events require reservations.
