Workshop Contents
Part 1 - Detox, Heal and Celebrate your Life!
- 17:00 Shivani will lead a detox yoga ritual so you can connect with your yin energy and feel the healing power of mother nature.
- 17:30 Dylan will teach an alignment based asana (yoga pose) class so you can feel the power of your yang strength and endurance.
- 18:30 Shivani will close the session with pranayama (breathing exercises) and mantra (chanting) so you can return to a balanced state.
The energy of the studio and the energy between each participant will now be open and flowing.
Part 2 - Move, Dance, Sing, Laugh and Even Cry!
- 19:00 Shivani will guide you through a dynamic trance meditation session. Move to the music and express your yin and yang energies. Release deep tensions in the body and mind. Most of the session your eyes will be closed. You will be able to feel the depth of your soul. Past participants report that "half way through this moving meditation my body became so light and I felt so free. I really felt my essence. I felt so happy". No doubt you too will feel a sense of bliss and freedom.
- 20:00 To close the session we will have a Sharing Circle. Everybody is free to share their experiences, and ask questions about yoga and life. The Sharing Circle is a powerful way to bring greater understanding to the way yoga changes you within and affects your everyday life. It is a chance to really hear your inner voice, ask 'taboo questions' and connect with other people in your yoga community.
This will be a transformative evening and we hope you can join us.

Message:
"I am excited to return to Tokyo and directly collaborate with Dylan. When a female and male teacher share the space students receive an inspiring form of balanced instruction. It is a great chance for students to feel the difference in yin and yang energies and styles of practicing yoga. It is a great chance to expand the yoga community and create lasting connections. I am also looking forward to sharing the energy I feel from of my new home in Bali with you all.
See you soon!"
